Backend Java Developer

mohemian is currently looking for a Backend Java Developer to join our team in Innsbruck, that is passionate about crafting sophisticated, maintainable technical solutions. You are the right person if you want to contribute your ideas and strengths to find solutions to existing challenges and to point out new ways for our customers and portfolio companies.

• Develop high-quality products and services
• Contribute to a variety of products from different domains
• Collaborate with mobile and frontend developers to establish objectives and design clean code that aims at enhancing user experience
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify potential areas of improvement
• Become a valued member of an autonomous, multi-functional team
• Bring a growth mindset with an eagerness to learn and expand your areas of expertise

• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment)
• Professional Java development skills
• Work experience with Spring Framework, JPA, Spring Security
• Familiarity with Postgresql, DynamoDB
• Used to Scrum and agile development
• Strong sense of duty and independent work style
• Ability to deliver results requiring minimal guidance

Nice to have

• Familiarity with frontend languages and frameworks (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Angular, React)
• Familiarity with Hashicorp, CI/CD tools, Docker, AWS
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
